Our Complaints Procedure

Step 1.

In all correspondence please quote scheme reference VOY/PMWED/10 or VOY/PMWED/09 for policies purchased before 1st April 2010.

If it is not possible to reach an agreement, you may refer your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This also applies if you are insured in a business capacity but have a group annual turnover of less than £1 million, or are a charity with an annual income of less than £1 million, or are a trustee of a trust with a net asset value of less than £1 million.
